Since Karch is a rollin’ fool now, I wondered how long it would take him to roll over to sleep-it took one week. I sneaked a few pictures as he used his ‘first teddy bear’ as his pillow. All together now, ahhhhhhhhh,,,,

Long time No Blogging...Karch is 5 1/2 Months

My goodness, I have not updated this blog in months-obviously I am back at work and have less time to play blog. Karch is growing quickly; he is 5 months and already in 12month clothing and weights 19lbs. His new tricks are, rolling over, giggling, blubbering/blowing bubbles, sitting up (with little support), and grabbing his feet. We started feeding him cereal about a month ago; it only took him a week to get that down. Karch loves his big boy cereal. I cannot wait to introduce other foods in three weeks. Jason and I are both enjoying him to pieces. I wish I could be home with him all the time, but I make the most of what time I do have with him. Below are some recent photos-enjoy!

Time to Sleep Train, so Mommie and Daddy can get some SLEEP!

Sleep training camp started this week! So far so good, the only time we are having issues is for daytime naps. He is going down for his naps, but not sleeping long enough.GRRRRR…I am working with him this entire week Mon.-Fri. I have faith he will get the hang of naps by Friday. Night time, he goes down between 7:45pm-8pm and snoozes. We wake him up at 10pm to eat, put him back down. He woke around 5am the first morning-let him cry (off and on) in bed until 6am. Second night, he woke around 5:30am- let him cry (of f and on) until 6am. Tonight is the third night; hopefully he will wake up at 6am (that’s the goal). THEN, we will work on getting rid of the 10pm feed. Below are some photos of his first night in his crib. Geez, my son’s signature pose.
